But what really amazed us was the work ethics of the team. My friend left his bag which had a Mac in it and the the team called him 3 times to get him to come back. As they could not get him to pick up the phone, they even sent him a text to tell him that they had kept his bag in the locker and he could go back to get it any time.
Truly good customer service coupled with an amazing escape room experience. Breakout deserves all 5 stars!!!

Mr. Oswald is a famous marionette performed by a mysterious puppeteer who keeps his identity hidden, piquing curiosites worldwide.
